Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise, except items marked "clearance" in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange of the products actual purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. Clearance items are final sale and not refundable.

Please call us toll free at 1-888-825-8850 for a Return Authorization number. We will make arrangements to exchange or refund the merchandise. All returns should be enclosed in the original carton, wrapped securely, and sent back to the following address:

Shipping Information

At UniSafe Inc, we are committed to getting your order to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost. Domestic orders are shipped using FedEx ground. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be an additional charge, please contact us for more information. We do not ship internationally.

Most items are in stock and ship in 1-2 business days. On the rare occasion when an item is out of stock we will not bill you until the item ships. We will notify you if this is the case.

Tax

According to state laws, we are required to collect sales tax from residents who live in New York State. So if you are not a New York state resident, you will not be charged any sales tax.
